A Dwarf form of the Snow Apple which grows 2-3m. Pomme de Niege is an Heirloom variety (1730's) from Quebec. It produces heavy crops one year and lighter crops the following year. Fruit is smallish and red with pure white, crisp and juicy flesh which is sometimes flecked pink. Stores very well.
Pollinate with Cox's Orange Pippin, Delicious, Fuji, Gala, Granny Smith, King David, Pink Lady, Magnus Summer Surprise.
Harvest March-April.
