"Large petalled white lotus" is the translation for this superb Chinese Peony. Huge pure white flowers to 20 cm across during September and October.
Very free flowering. Deciduous shrub approx. 1m x 1m with bright green divided leaves.
Morning sun, afternoon sun or full sun.
Free-draining, very rich well composted and manured soil with 1-2 cups of garden lime added at planting.
They love an alkaline soil and are easy to grow.
