Butternut is a yellow-orange skinned pumpkin with orange flesh. Use roasted, baked or in soup. Matures in 16 to 18 wks. Store pumpkin in cool, dry place after harvest.
Cultivate well draining soil with compost before planting. Water and liquid feed regularly.
