Delivery

 

LOCAL DELIVERY -  Delivery is to addresses in the ACT and Queanbeyan suburban areas begin at $90 for addresses in Canberra.  Delivery fees are subject to additional charges due to length of time of delivery, heavy or awkward size/shapes of items.  

If the delivery address is outside these areas then note this will usually be for a higher fee. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Our delivery service is strictly on a drop-off basis to the street address specified, the goods placed within 5-10 m of the rear of our delivery vehicle. Access must be close to where our delivery vehicles can readily access - e.g. front yard, front door or garage door only. Delivery does not include bringing goods up stairs or lifts, around or through buildings, etc. 

Once your goods are delivered, it is your responsibility to care for them.  We understand this is not ideal for everyone but we will work with you to find the best solution for your delivery left alone at your property.
