Shipping policy

LOCAL DELIVERY -  Delivery is to addresses in the ACT and Queanbeyan suburban areas only. A fee of $70.00 per delivery applies. Additional charges may apply for heavy items. If the delivery address is outside these areas you can call us on 02 6281 7373 to see whether delivery can be arranged - note this will usually be for a higher fee. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Our delivery service is strictly on a drop-off basis to the street address specified, the goods placed close to where our delivery vehicles can readily access - e.g. front yard, front door or garage door only. Delivery does not include bringing goods up stairs or lifts, around or through buildings, etc. If you require this as a further service, this may be possible however additional charges will apply.

Once your goods are delivered, it is your responsibility to care for them.
