A variety developed in New Zealand around 1934. 4-6m tall and wide unpruned. A great variety with reddish striped skin and creamy-white coloured flesh. Plenty of apples are produced every year. Fruit is firm, sweet, crisp and juicy with an excellent flavour. Ripens around January-February. Pollinate with mid-season flowering apples. Refer to our pollination chart.
