Australian Heirloom - Sydney 1860. Produces consistently heavy crops of medium-sized rich green apples with a greenish-white, crisp and juicy flesh. The flavour is distinctly sprightly. Fun fact: The fruit will develop a very sweet flavour if left to hang on the tree after leaf fall.
Pollinate with Cox's Orange Pippin, Delicious, Fuji, Gala, Jonathan, Pink Lady.
Harvest from April onwards.
