Moorpark (Old World Heirloom 1668): A superb cultivar with regular, consistently heavy crops of medium-sized orange coloured fruit with an unsurpassed "rich apricot" flavour. Very well suited to areas with late frosts. A very popular variety for the home garden.
Eat fresh, stewed, jam, drying, juice and preserving.
Selfertile. No pollinator required.
Ripens December/ Early January.
