A very showy variety. With masses of pink buds opening to semi-double flowers from autumn and into winter. Strong upright, vigorous growth and sun hardy. Will grow equally well in partial shade too. An excellent variety for hedging. Unpruned Asakura will grow to approx. 3m tall and 1.5m wide.
