Regular application of a quality fertiliser is essential for a vigorous and healthy home lawn, fertiliser will assist with lush colour, continued root development and ongoing maintenance of your lawn. Fertilising with Canturf Grow Green will also ensure your lawn will be more able to combat weed infestation, scarab attack and fungus. Grow Green has been formulated especially to provide a healthy balance of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and essential trace elements. Being a rich mixture of elements such as urea, sulphate of potash, sulphur, calcium, magnesium, iron and boron Grow Green has a N:P:K ratio of N10.9:P1.7: K8.9 Once a lawn is established it has little need for phosphorous, the main reason for the appearance of Blue Green Algae in the Murrumbidgee River. For this reason Grow Green has a deliberately low level of phosphorous. For continued lawn maintenance the secret of good fertilising is to apply lightly but frequently or less more often to ensure a balance of nutrients and trace elements in the soil. For a healthy lawn apply Grow Green at a rate of 35 grams per square meter three times during each growing season as indicated under on going maintenance.
