An eye catching plant with deep crimson stems and large red-green foliage.
Plant in moist well drained soil. Can also be grown in large pots.
Best used lightly steamed and served with butter and mixed herbs. Young leaves can be used in salads. Do not over cook. Use in salads with other leafy vegetables or as side dish for fish dishes.
|Harvest leaves as needed when leaves are 10cm long or larger.
