An absolutely stunning small Eucalypt to approx 6m tall and 3m wide with a sparse and softly weeping habit.
New branches are red and as the bark matures it turns chalky white.
Juvenile leaves are roughly triangular and deep shiny green with red tones. Adult leaves are long, slender and sickle-shaped.
Large pink-red flowers late winter and spring.
Needs protection from heavy frost - a north favcing slope is usually adequate. Well drained soil in a sunny position.
