A cross between a plum and an apricot. Vigorous, hardy and very productive tree. Fruit are light red while the flesh ripens to become dark red. Sweet and flavourful, without the tart aftertaste of many plums. Strong apricot aroma. Very tasty. Clingstone.
Fresh fruit, cooking, jam, preserving.
Pollinate with A-Okay, Donsworth, Elephant Heart, Mariposa, Narrabeen, Santa Rosa, Satsuma.
Not recommended as a pollinator.
Ripens December/January.
