A cross between a Black Currant and English Gooseberry.
The large berries are sweet and luscious when ripe, tasting like sweet gooseberries with a slight flavour of black currant. Summer ripening.
An easy to grow deciduous shrub 1-1.5m tall and wide.
Full sun to partial shade.
Well composted and free draining soil.
