An Australian variety from the early 1900's. Fruit is medium-large, light green-yellowish skin with white, firm, very juicy and smooth textured flesh. Richly flavoured, with a good sweet/acid balance. Very productive.
Pollinate with Josephine, Winter Nelis.
Ripens February/March
Hint: harvest when firm and refrigerate for 1-2 weeks until fully ripe.
