An excellent Spanish variety. The bush will grow to 2.5m and loves a north facing position in full sun....Pomegranates love a hot summer. Masses of bright orange-red flowers are produced late spring/early summer. The large yellow-pale pink hard skinned fruit carry an abundance of soft seeds which have a deep pinkish-red, jelly-like coating. Rich, sweet/tart flavour.
Self fertile. No pollinator needed.
Ripens late Autumn, around April/May.
